The Council of University Presidents of Thailand held a meeting to clarify the guidelines for submitting university off-budget information on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at the Professor Prasert Na Nakorn Meeting Room, 3rd floor, Office of the Higher Education Commission, on the issue of submitting university budget information to the Budget Bureau. Associate Professor Dr. Surin Khamfoi, Chairman of the Planning and Strategy Committee, chaired the meeting. Speakers from the Budget Bureau were invited, including Ms. Yaowalak Champirat, Deputy Director of the Budget Bureau, and Ms. Amornrat Phumiwasana, Director of the Social Budget Division 2.
