Press conference on the results of the Innovation Hubs project

Press conference on the results of the Innovation Hubs project to create an innovation-based economy for the country in line with the Thailand 4.0 policy.

The Council of University Presidents of Thailand organized a press conference to announce the results of the Innovation Hubs project to create an innovation-based economy for the country in line with the Thailand 4.0 policy. Professor Dr. Suchatvee Suwansawat, President of the Council of University Presidents of Thailand (CUPT), gave an opening speech at the press conference, and was honored by Professor Dr. Samphan Ritthidet.The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Commission joined in opening the press conference at the Duangkamol Meeting Room, 2nd floor, The Sukosol Hotel, Sri Ayutthaya Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok. The purpose of this press conference is to report the overall performance of the Innovation Hubs project, an initiative to create an innovative economy based on the Thailand 4.0 model, which has received support from the government, driven by Dr. Suvit Maesincee, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and Pracharat D1. The budget provided to support the university groups of OHEC to drive and push forward research and innovation results from universities nationwide, by Associate Professor Dr. Peerapong Teekasakul, Director of the Innovation Hubs project, OHEC, and report the performance of 5 groups of topics that are outstanding in the country, as follows:
1. Agriculture & Food Innovation Hubs by Associate Professor Dr. Siri Chaiseri
2. Bioenergy Innovation Hubs by Associate Professor Dr. Kanit Wattanawichian
3. Aging Society Innovation Hubs by Professor Dr. Sansanee Chairoj
4. Smart City Innovation Hubs by Dr. Akrit Sangkhpetch
5. Creative Economy Innovation Center (Creative Hubs) by Associate Professor Dr. Phiraphong Thikasakun
