The 2021 TQF Academic Conference, hosted by Thammasat University, was held on Monday, December 20, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Thammasat University, Rangsit Center, and online under the theme “The Future of Higher Education”, with the following sub-topics:

2. Pedagogy Transformation By Associate Professor Dr. Bandit Thipakon, Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, University of Technology King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi
3. Research Transformation By Professor Dr. Somruek Chanthamporn, Vice President for Information Technology Research and Development, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok
4. Management & Governance Transformation by Professor Dr. Surin Khamfoi, Vice President for Planning, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang
5. SDGs & Universities Assistant Professor Dr. Rachada Chomphunich, Vice President for Student Affairs and Sustainable Development, Kasetsart University
In addition, the OHEC also held a press conference on cooperation in developing human resources, developing skills, creating safety, preventing, dealing with, and reducing risks from cyber threats between the National Cyber Security Agency and the Council of University Presidents of Thailand in 4 networks.
